Oh no! Scarlett’s beloved stuffed doggies are missing! She left them in Santa Monica and now it’s up to her dad to find and save them. But things don’t go as planned. His superhero suit is at the dry cleaners (how else can he fly?!), his car is out of gas, and what good is a turbo-powered excavator if there is a ton of traffic (wait… why is he driving an excavator?)?
